What you’ll be getting up to

  • You’ll be providing high quality services with excellent results for our communities.
  • You’ll be providing accurate information and resolving customer enquiries at the first point of contact across all contact channels.
  • You’ll be working collaboratively with your team to meet targets and service standards.

Who we’re looking for

  • We’re looking for someone who has customer service experience and is customer focused, energetic and forward thinking.
  • You’ll understand how technology and digital services can help provide excellent customer service as well as excellent IT skills.
  • You’ll also be able to communicate effectively, work under pressure and respond flexibly. 

Additional information

This role requires a DBS check.
