We have an exciting new opportunity to be a part of the Accommodation team working together to provide on-site administration, excellent customer care and housing management to officers and managers at the council’s Extra Care facility, Tatton Gardens.

What you’ll be getting up to
  • You will deliver a professional frontline service assisting customers to resolve queries and complaints, and provide information on all Council services, deliver low level support tasks and inductions and helping customers to manage appointments whilst contributing to their Personal Housing Plans and Care plans. Recognise the diversity of our customers promoting participation.
Who we’re looking for
  • Someone with the ability to deal with and respond to complex and sensitive enquiries.
  • Someone with an empathetic but professional manner who can work independently but also work effectively with others
  • The ability to work under pressure and respond flexibly to all situations
  • The ability to respond positively to changes and challenges
  • Someone who can make a difference.
Other requirements
  • Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check (applied and paid for by the Council).
