Casual Receptionist

• You will provide an efficient service to all customers at the leisure centre in a polite and courteous manner. You'll be pro-active in providing information to promote the Centre to the public.
• Leisure Officers are responsible for the day-to-day running of the facility with duties including managing bookings, answering enquiries, financial responsibilities such as taking payments on site or via telephone.
• Supporting the Duty Manager in supervising day-to-day health and safety, monitoring checks and standards.
• You'll ensure a good level of housekeeping and cleaning standards are maintained throughout the leisure centre to reflect a welcoming and clean environment to the general public, and the centres customers.

• You will be able to work independently, and able to cooperate in a team environment to assist in the day to day operations in the workplace. 
• You will have a pro-active attitude to health and safety and be comfortable in working with members of the public – we are looking for confident and positive additions to our team
•  Excellent customer care.
• Great communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good IT skills
• Basic numeracy skills, e.g. cash transactions, count stock, read and understand measurements.
• Ability to follow direction and operate as part of a team to achieve results
